Automotive Technician Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
INFINITI/NISSAN experience is preferred but not required
General automotive experience preferred
ASE Certifications a plus!
Strong computer & communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Must have current & valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report
Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
Perform general automotive maintenance
Recondition and repair of various makes and models
Routine Inspections/Maintenance and System Diagnostics
Full automotive troubleshooting and testing – based on experience
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers is informed
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Continuously expand your knowledge for new technologies and practice
