Mary began her journey with the Rickenbaugh organization in the tire department at just 18 years old. Through dedication and hard work, she advanced within the business, eventually becoming a partner and the Dealer Principal in 1999. In 2006, she purchased the entire business, continuing to lead with a commitment to excellence and growth.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys taking her basset hound, Charlie, on long walks, finding relaxation in their time together.
Nick started with Rickenbaugh in 2003 at the age of 19 working in the detail department. Since then he has gone on to earn a Bachelors from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and a MBA from Regis University. Nick has worked in all departments of the dealership and currently oversees all operations. When Nick is not at work he can usually be found at a local ice rink working with local youth organizations or playing in local men’s league.
Chris McNeal brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence to his role as General Manager at Rickenbaugh INFINITI. Since joining the dealership in 2017 as a client advisor, Chris’s journey has been marked by dedication and growth. With a strong background in fine dining, a degree in Accounting from Metro State, and a focus on exceptional service, Chris has become a pivotal leader, driving the dealership’s success.
Beyond his professional life, Chris is passionate about family and adventure. He enjoys snowboarding, running, and traveling with his wife and two children. He also looks forward to visiting family on the East Coast whenever possible. Chris’s diverse experiences and commitment to high standards are reflected in the elevated customer experience he strives to create at Rickenbaugh INFINITI.
Originally from Nebraska, Ryan has been a valued member of Rickenbaugh Automotive Group since 2008, starting as a sales consultant at our Cadillac store. A graduate of the University of Nebraska Kearney, Ryan also holds an MBA from Regis University. Over the years, he advanced to become the General Manager of our INFINITI store and now serves as the Controller for the Rickenbaugh Automotive Group.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys attending sporting events and spending quality time with family and friends.
Daniel Dorsett, an ASE and INFINITI Master Technician, brings decades of experience and expertise to Rickenbaugh INFINITI. A Colorado native, Daniel moved to California after high school, where he began his automotive career as an apprentice at a Toyota dealership. Over 20 years, he achieved Master Diagnostic Technician status for Toyota and Lexus before transitioning to INFINITI in 2008. He has been a valued member of the Rickenbaugh INFINITI team since 2017.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys rebuilding classic cars and camping, combining his passion for craftsmanship and the outdoors.
Aaron Ure is an accomplished INFINITI Master Technician who has been with Rickenbaugh INFINITI since 2013. With over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, Aaron holds two Associate Degrees from Wyotech in Automotive and Management, as well as Auto/Diesel Vehicle Technology. Starting his career at Rickenbaugh Volvo in 2004, he quickly became a Volvo Master Technician and ASE Master Technician. Since transferring to Rickenbaugh INFINITI, he has earned multiple certifications and accolades, including the prestigious 2024 INFINITI Award of Excellence.
Aaron’s passion for automotive systems began in Pueblo, Colorado, where he grew up. His journey into the field started with off-roading and modifying Jeeps during high school. Today, he continues to build on his expertise, working toward INFINITI Platinum Level Technician status while maintaining his ASE certifications.
Luke Sorensen brings extensive experience to his role as Assistant Parts Manager, having managed aftermarket parts stores for six years and worked in dealership parts for one year. His dedication and expertise make him a valuable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his family.
