I am so pleased with them. I bought a new INFINITI QX50. The whole buying process was seamless, it went super fast. A few weeks later decided it was missing a few features I really wanted (my fault) I called them up and mike and Devon got on it immediately. Found me the perfect car the same day. Made everything happen so fast. I can honestly say I’m a customer for life. I’ve already recommended people to them. Thank you so much for all your help.

They are always very courteous and fully explain their suggestions before proceeding. Fast efficient & always provide a loner car if needed or requested. A great place to have your INFINITI serviced! They never try to pressure or upsell you on something you do not need. Their pricing on tires was very, very competitive to Costo as well as other retail tire stores,

I have been to Rickenbaugh INFINITI twice for service on my QX60. It has been a positive experience both times. The service advisors are courteous, knowledgeable and explain what my vehicle needs are at the time. They always offer options instead of pressure to perform a service that maybe I can't afford at the time. I plan on using them for as long as I have my vehicle.
