We used the valet service to have our INFINITI serviced, rear brakes and alignment preformed. Our vehicle was picked up at the agreed time by the valet and returned when vehicle was ready. He took pictures of the car before leaving to show starting condition. The car was washed and cleaned inside. The valet backed the car into the driveway, he remembered I back my car into the garage.

We had a great experiance for the service on our QX60. Our service tech explained a few items we were concerned with and a loaner car was supplied. We did leave a large item in the back seat of our loaner car after picking ours back up and they called us telling us it will be there waiting for us when we are in the area to pick it back up.
