We bought our INFINITI from another dealer, but we have used Rickenbaugh's service department several times over the past year. This service department goes above and beyond and always treats us well. Car repairs and maintenance are never pleasant, but the service department here really tries to minimize that stress. I will definitely be shopping here for our next vehicle because of our experience with this service department.

We've been with Rickenbaugh now for some 4 years. We usually don't keep cars that long but our QX80 is going great. We had an issue with our steering column and somehow warrantee didn't cover it. Rickenbaugh worked to discover that the warrantee provided by the steering fluid vendor covered the entire replacement. WOW. Thank you. Anyhow, always great service and they pick up our car and provide a loaner. Always a great experience, down to the drivers they provide.

My car needed a sensor replaced. I dropped it off and there was a loaner waiting for me. Everyone was very attentive and caring. They kept me up to date on progress, and it was ready the next morning. A very professional group

The service center gets better each time I visit. They were able to get me in without an appointment, find a loaner car for me and complete the requested work within a few hours along with an exterior/interior cleaning. Thank you to Brandon and the rest of the service center staff!
